Conditions of use

By ordering products on this website the buyer agrees to buy at the price and in the way described on the site. The seller’s acceptance of the order is conditional on receipt of payment, the ability of the seller to provide the product or service and there being no error or innocent misrepresentation by either party.

The Buyer is entitled to withdraw from this agreement and return any goods in the condition and packaging in which they were received within 365 days of receiving them. Any payment which has been received for the goods will be refunded to the buyer within thirty days of the goods being received back by the seller; less postage costs, except where goods are faulty.

The buyer accepts responsibility for judging the suitability of the product for the buyer’s required purpose.

To the extent permitted by law the seller excludes any warranties in relation to the product. However the buyer’s statutory rights are not affected.

Any sale or service is subject to USA law and the sole jurisdiction of the USA courts.

Returning Items

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 365 days of receipt. We will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / color if preferred.

The parcel can take up to 10 working days to be returned to our warehouse, unless sent via priority delivery.

Please Note: The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the package using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

Please Note: Items that are being exchanged and/or returned must be received in the condition that they were sent to you in. We cannot take an item back if it is not in condition to resell it. Items must be clean and folded in their original bags with the tags still on. Sorry, but if you’ve cut the tags off, we can’t sell the item as new, so we can’t accept it back. Items wadded up into a ball and thrown into a bag will not be refunded. Items returned that have been put through a laundry process, or would require a laundry process will not be eligible for refund.

If we receive your item back and we deem it unfit for resale, we will have no choice but to deny the refund or exchange you requested. We will just mail the item back to you instead.

The following is a partial list of reasons we might not be able to accept your return or exchange:

Scents: perfume; cologne; after shave; deodorant; body odor; or cigarette smoke

Dirty: it is stained or marked; it has dog, cat, or other pet hair all over it; it has human hair or dandruff on it; it has sand or dirt all over it; it is obvious that the item was worn for a ride and then returned

It has been washed or sprayed with some type of solvent

Damaged: the fabric is cut, ripped, or shredded; the fabric has been pulled or snagged

Basically, when you pack up the item to return or exchange it, ask yourself if you would want to receive the item in the state it’s in. If the answer is no, then we probably wouldn’t be able to resell it as new.

Also, a note explaining what was wrong, and that you would like a refund (or exchange) is needed. If we simply receive an item in a bag with no return address, no name, and no instructions, we don’t know who or where you are, and we don’t know whether you wanted a refund or exchange. In that case we would have no option but to restock the item and not issue a refund or exchange for you.

The packaging must be neat (not wadded up or torn) so it can be reused. This does not apply to packaging that is unavoidably damaged when opening.

Any items sent back that do not conform to these requirements will not be refunded and we will mail the item(s) back to you. Packaging that is unavoidably damaged while opening can be returned without penalty.

Please Note: If by error we mail you the wrong item (wrong size, color, article of clothing, etc.) or we mail you an item that was in some way faulty, please mail it back to us with a note describing what was wrong, and whether you would like a refund or would like us to send you the correct item that you originally ordered or an undamaged item (also include your name and address in the note, please). In either case, since the error was our fault (or the courier’s fault), please also let us know what you paid to mail the item back to us, and we will refund you that amount.

If you receive the correct, undamaged item in the size you ordered, and it does not fit, or you don’t like it for any reason, please return it to us with a note letting us know if you would like an exchange or a refund (also include your name and address in the note, please). If we have the item in stock for your requested exchange, we will pay to mail it to you. If you request an exchange for an item of a different value, we will refund you the difference if less, or charge you the difference if more. The return shipping in this case will be your responsibility.

Shipping on our site is free in most cases—the exceptions being shipping to countries outside of the USA, and if you prefer a faster method of shipping than the standard free service (First Class—USPS). The only case where we would refund shipping you paid is if we mailed you the wrong item or a damaged item. Then we will refund what you spent to mail it back to us—but only First Class shipping, not Priority or Express. If you have ordered an item and paid for Priority shipping, and then needed to exchange it, we would mail it back to you First Class for free, unless you chose to pay for Priority again.

Nothing in these terms and conditions will reduce your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.

Delivery Schedule

Free delivery only applies to orders invoiced and delivered to the USA only. Orders invoiced and/or shipped outside of the USA are classed as international and are subject to the advertised rate. Free delivery does not apply to custom print orders. Items that are custom printed become unique and are no long termed as ‘off the shelf.’ A charge of $9.95 covers an insured 1 to 2 day delivery service. The majority of our orders are shipped via a USPS or UPS service and should arrive within the time specified by your delivery selection. Additional courier delivery may also be used for packages over 4 pounds in weight.

We cannot be responsible for the consequences of reliance on that information. However this disclaimer is not intended to affect your statutory rights. Tax Charges

If you live in Florida, sales tax is calculated at 7.00%. This amount will be added at checkout. Sales tax does not apply to shipping charges.

Credit Card Security

To ensure your credit card security and to keep your personal information safe we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. All of your data is encrypted prior to being sent over the Internet to our system. We use secure firewalls which are systems designed to keep information inaccessible and safe from other Internet users. You can check that your connection is secure by looking for a locked padlock icon or a solid key icon usually displayed at the bottom of your browser window. Your Internet Explorer will also show a security notice when enabled. You will also see that the display in the address window of your browser changes from ‘http’ to ‘https’.

Guarantee and Returns Policy

We guarantee you will be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the goods supplied, a return will be accepted provided you contact us within a period of 10 days of receipt of your purchase and return the goods in a re-sellable condition (how you would expect to receive it), together with attached tags, any labels, and in original packaging. See “Returning Items” above. Any payment which has been received for the goods will be refunded to the buyer within 30 days of the goods being received back by the seller; less any shipping charge, except where goods are faulty. If any of the goods are faulty we will either refund the cost amount in full or send you a replacement free of charge. Goods damaged in transit will be replaced. Should you need to return any item to us for any reason please email us using the address shown below. These terms and conditions may be revised at any time and we reserve the right to do so. You are therefore advised to keep up to date with the contents of these terms and conditions. Nothing in these terms and conditions will reduce your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.
